How to Track Employee Document Expiry in WatheeqaHR

Steps

  1. Open the employee's profile

    Go to Employees, select an employee, and open the Documents section.

  2. Add each document type and expiry date

    Enter visa, Emirates ID, passport, work permit and insurance expiry dates as applicable.

  3. Review the Documents dashboard

    The main Documents or Dashboard view lists all employees with documents expiring soon across the company.

  4. Email alerts

    WatheeqaHR automatically emails HR/admins as a document's expiry date approaches — no manual reminder setup needed.
