How do I prove I paid an employee in cash in UAE?
Record the payment in WatheeqaHR with method 'cash', amount, date and receiver name. For stronger proof, get a signed receipt from the employee.
Does WatheeqaHR integrate with WPS or banks?
WatheeqaHR generates the UAE WPS SIF export file from your salary ledger, but it does not connect to bank systems or submit that file on your behalf — you submit it yourself through your bank or the official WPS channel.
Can I attach a receipt scan?
Optional receipt upload is on the product roadmap. Currently you can record all text details of a payment.
What payment methods are supported?
WPS, bank transfer, cash, exchange houses (Al Ansari, Al Fardan, Western Union) and other. You can add free-text notes for any method.
