Can WatheeqaHR import from ZKTeco?
Yes. WatheeqaHR supports ZKTeco raw punch logs and ZKTeco daily attendance reports. Both formats are auto-detected.
What file formats does WatheeqaHR accept for attendance?
CSV, Excel (XLSX and XLS), TXT and DAT files from most UAE attendance device software exports.
What is the UAE working week setting?
Friday and Saturday are the starting default, since that's most common in the UAE — but each company sets its own weekly rest days during setup (per their own employment contracts), and absent-day calculations follow whatever is configured, not a fixed assumption.
Can I re-import a file to update records?
Yes. Re-imports merge with existing records using the earliest check-in and latest check-out. No duplicates are created.
Does WatheeqaHR handle employees on multiple devices?
Yes. Employees can have comma-separated device IDs to support multi-gate or multi-building setups.
