What file formats are supported?
Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV/text exports (.csv, .txt, .tsv, .dat) — the same raw export your biometric device already produces, with no manual editing.
Is my file stored anywhere?
No. The file is processed in memory only and is never stored. A summary of the analysis results (not the raw file) is kept for 7 days so you can share or reopen the report, then it is deleted automatically.
Is this really free?

How is lateness or absence calculated?
Lateness needs your shift start time; absence excludes the weekly off days and any public/company holidays you add — otherwise every employee who was off for a holiday would show as "absent". These are estimates for your review, not a final, audited attendance record.
Does this replace full payroll software?
No — this tool only analyzes the file you upload. Turning it into a full payroll run (real absence tied to your leave records, salary calculation, advances, a WPS bank file) needs a WatheeqaHR account.
