For UAE companies, WatheeqaHR generates the WPS Salary Information File (SIF) from your approved salary ledger.

What WatheeqaHR is — and isn't
Is WatheeqaHR a full HRMS or ERP?
No. WatheeqaHR is intentionally lighter than a full enterprise HRMS or ERP. It focuses on the daily employee operations GCC SMEs actually use — attendance, leave, payroll records, documents, and reports — without a heavy implementation project.
Does WatheeqaHR file WPS or other statutory contributions for me?
No. In the UAE, WatheeqaHR generates the WPS SIF file for you to submit yourself. In Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, statutory figures such as PIFSS and GOSI contributions are calculated estimates for your team to review. WatheeqaHR does not file or remit any statutory contribution on your behalf, in any country.
